field questions to build confidence
To help build student confidence the test starts out with 2-3 easy (on grade-level or below) field questions. These questions do not have to count towards the test score. I have given this assessment several times and on the first or second question, I have students crying defeated because the question is so hard.

Test Coordinators need to create and assign test sessions to proctors
It is too much detail and work for teachers to create test sessions and assign the right tests, etc. It is actually quite difficult to get some teachers to create test sessions with the correct students, accomodations and tests, and leaves a lot of room for error. Test Coordinators need to be able to create test sessions and assign them straight to proctors so they see it as a saved session with they login to their proctor account. Please enable this feature.

Testing Coordinators need to set accommodations
Test Coordinators need to be able to set accomodations for each student in learning support. It is really difficult that teachers (proctors) have to set accommodations, and leave a lot of room for error. Some of our students are not receiving the accommodations they are entitled to, because teachers simply forget to assign them. This should be rectified- admin should be able to set accommodations that STICK with the student in any test session, for each subject according to their learning support plan. It is too much detail and labor for teachers to do so.

Terminating a Test should be admin only
Proctors should not be able to administer a test. I have had multiple proctors terminate multiple tests because a student thinks they are not done with a test (forgot they finished with a different teacher a different day), and the teacher gets flustered and terminates the test, thinking they can reset it so the student can be assigned a new test. Please make it much more difficult to terminate a test so this is not accidentally done. Thanks!

Testing Coordinator Dashboard
Testing Coordinators and admin NEED a testing dashboard that shows all classes, all proctors, all students, all tests, all progress, all accommodations set, all terminated sessions, all rapid guessing, all completed tests for a specific testing season.
It is imperative this is developed. It is so difficult to manage a school of testing, when there is no easy way to see how students are progressing. We have to rely on a spreadsheet teachers update, but they often forget to update, and it is very difficult to figure out with many students, many sessions going, and it creates delays (24 hours,…4 votes -
accommodations
It would be helpful to have the ability for a testing administrator or testing coordinator to pull a report before testing has begun, but after sessions have been created, that shows which accommodations have been assigned to the students. This would allow administrators to confirm that the correct accommodations have been assigned to students before the test is given with the incorrect accommodations.

Creating reports specific to a testing/data coordinator
As Dean of Students, I review all grades testing information. I would love to have a report, similar to class profile, but that is geared towards a testing/data coordinator looking at all grade levels together. Specifically I would like to have the "Student grouped by RIT Band" be available for having the choice to check off multiple grade levels. I have been reviewing RIT Bands across grades and would like to have a report that creates all students K-6 by rit band. Ideally the report would allow me to check of grade levels or classes or an all option. The…

Multiple disruptions of service! During the last 4 years of 3X/year administration, multiple times we've tried to launch built test sessions and the NWEA site has been unresponsive. Worse, frantic calls to NWEA tech support go unanswered. Very stressful and disheartening.

Please make available in the profile report (school especially) previous years to match term tested and term rostered. Term rostered 21-22.
Please make available in the profile report (school especially) previous years to match the term tested and term rostered. Term rostered can only go back to the 23-24 school year. I need it to go back to the 21-22 and 22-23 school year.

Email Notifications for Failed Classlink Roster Import
When a nightly roster data import from Classlink fails to post, generate an email notification to the district administrators making them aware of the failure. I just happened to be in NWEA investigating an unrelated issue and noticed that our nightly sync from Classlink had a "cancelled" status each night for over a month due to a new program code being added by the student information system administrator. I had no idea that new students were not being added to NWEA for all that time. I am told that such notifications happen for Clever districts, but that it isn't set…

Formula Sheet
A formula sheet should be available in the tools section when students are taking the MAP Growth 6+ assessment.

Improve manual rostering to include semi-automatic rollovers.
It is currently a very cumbersome process to re-import our setup every term. It should not be difficult to permit rollover from previous terms, and allow individual students to be excluded from the process.

not kicking students out randomly when they take a lllllllliiiiiiiiitttttttttlllllllllllleeeeeeeeeeeeeee too long to work
I keep getting kicked out trying to do my homework on here because it takes me a while to get through some of the stuff I don't know. I go to do the problem, and I get kicked out of my very much definitely REQUIRED test that will get me kicked out of school if I don't finish. THAT IS BAD. VERY BAD. I WANT THAT GONE. I want to be able to do my test and try to figure out the problems on my own time without being essentially banned from my own homework. I want to pass my…

Create a projected profiency report for the school, but break it down by students just like the Projected Proficiency tab under the class pr
I'd like to see a report that breaks down the projected proficiency by grade level. I love the new Projected Proficency tab under the Class Profile; however, since I look at school-wide data it would be nice to have that information for the entire grade level instead of clicking on each homeroom teacher's class profile. Thank you!

Allow a User Account to Access Multiple Districts
As a consultant who works with multiple charter schools, I currently have to provide a separate email address to each school in order to establish a MAP account to access reports, etc. Please provide an option to assign multiple districts to one email address, then have the user select the district they want to access when they log in. Other sites like Panorama, WASC portal, etc. provide this functionality.

Intervention Schedule
NWEA in schools could be improved by implementing a system that automatically groups students into centers based on their specific needs within a given topic. By analyzing assessment data, NWEA could place students who need reinforcement in a particular skill together, allowing teachers to provide more targeted instruction. This would make small-group instruction more effective, ensuring that students receive the support they need while working alongside peers at a similar level. Additionally, this approach would help teachers differentiate instruction more efficiently, reducing the time spent manually grouping students and allowing for a more seamless learning experience.
Another valuable addition would…

Enter the student's full name to include the middle initial in reports.
Reports print out the student's first and last name, but is missing the student's middle initial. This helps when merging different reports from different resources.

Specific growth goals to improve achievement percentile verse growth in RIT for students far below grade level needing accelerated growth.
We need a way to calculate growth goals based on improving achievement percentiles compared to the normed growth goals currently set. We have students far below grade level and these norms do not end up growing student percentiles.

PLEASE change the home page to include the Student Quick Search!!!
The Home Page for MAP Growth is not user-friendly. Please have all reports easily accessible, especially the Student Quick Search! This is the "quickest" way to find students, yet it is buried in "other" reports. Please move it front and center of the MAP Growth Start Page.
