NWEA needs to allow users to change the test term so that the Test Reports by Status Operational Report can be run for terms beyond the current one.
Since NWEA does not produce a test participation rate for charter schools to verify the 95% participation rate legal requirement for Charter Renewal verified data, the Test Events by Status Operational Repor was the report I was referred to by NWEA Support. But since this report can not be run for past terms, it is useless.

Student Participation Rate
NWEA needs to be able to calculate the student participation rate in a given testing window. NWEA needs to track the number of students rostered in a testing window and the percent of students who completed tests, by grade level.
As a verified data program for state charter renewal, and with the 95% participation rate as a condition of that verification, this seems like very important information for NWEA to produce. I am currently going through charter renewal, and the Authorizer is asking the School to produce a verified report that shows the participation rate. The fact that NWEA can't…

OCR or ALT Text for Text to Speech
Apparently, the text-to-speech accommodation is not reading text within graphs or images such as advertisements, etc. Can OCR or ALT Text be used or made available so that text within images could be read aloud for students using the text to speech accommodation?

spanish toggle
Is it possible for students to toggle between an English and Spanish version of the test? Part of why we value NWEA is that it’s predictive of the state test, and if students can switch on the state test, it seems reasonable that they offer that ability on the MAP Test.

I would like to have control over the automatic time out/log out feature for my perusal of data. I understand it is a security issue, especially for students who are testing, but for me when I am in meetings all day with differents groups of teachers, it gets thoroughly annoying to have to re-login every 15 minutes to look at data. Please give me the power to lengthen the automatic log out time for days like these.

Longer Term Access to Achievement Status and Growth Summaries
I'm trying to access Achievement Status and Growth Summaries for years past. I think it'll help our school determine trends in grade levels where gaps are prevalent. However, I only have access going back one single year. The data exists, but it would be monumentally helpful to have access to it as a common teacher.

Add Standards data for the K-2 grade levels.
We love this feature for 3rd-8th grades! It is very useful for targeting instructional areas without utilizing online platforms.

Length of the test is too long.
The test takes my students far too long if they take it seriously. When we were told about the test, we were told it should run about a single class period (high school periods are 51 minutes). It is taking our students three days or more, and some teachers report it taking a week for students to complete the test. Part of the issue is that the reading excerpts are far too long. If the test requires long excerpts, then have one long reading passage and more questions on a single passage. We test three times a year, and if…

Bulk Family Reports as Single PDF
Thank you for listening to the need for Bulk Family Reports. Our district mails family reports with report cards. Currently the only way to download them by school is individual PDFs- in order to print them we need to open every single PDF and click print. Alternatively we can do it by class and teacher in a single PDF but that still requires us to open each teacher folder then open the class file and click print for each individual teacher. Please create a school- single PDF file for easy printing and mailing home.

Bring back MSI downloads
According to https://connection.nwea.org/s/article/Deploying-the-MAP-Growth-Secure-Testing-Browser-with-Microsoft-Intune?language=en_US it says "NWEA no longer builds or distributes an .msi installer package for MAP Growth." This is very false. When you run SetupLockdownBrowser-5.4.481.0_PROD.exe all it does is extract NWEA Secure Testing Browser.msi and run it. You even have instructions at https://teach.mapnwea.org/impl/caphelp/Content/MAPSetup/Technology/InstallingWindowsLockdownBrowser.htm showing how to get the MSI out of your installer. Why are you hiding the MSI file and telling people to wrap you installer in an intunewin installer just to in the end run the MSI file.

Make a school Profile report that has a standards report like the class profile
The class profile standards report is awesome. Create a school profile report that aggregates grade level standards proficiency.

Add MORE than JUST the Previous School Year in the Class Profile reports
Class Profile Reports include only the 3 Most Recent Terms Tested - which is only the PREVIOUS SCHOOL YEAR.
My School Administration wants data from the previous 5 years.
The only report available in the DATA EXPORT SCHEDULER is a highly detailed report which takes advanced Excel skills to extract the desired data for our Middle/High school principal and others in the School Administration.

student report for non-enrolled
In some cases, I have to allow a student to test before they are enrolled in any classes. I am unable to access any reports for these students, even though I am able to test them. If I can give a student a test - regardless of whether they are enrolled in a class - I should be able to pull a student progress report on them. I need to see the data of the test they took, but there is currently no way to do this. I can see RIT score, but that's it.

Expanding Standards View on Class Reports
Expanding on the Standards View of the MAP Class Report by selecting the grade band of standards that you would like to view. I would love to see what previous standards my students know (for example-- if they can't round decimals in grade 5, can they round whole numbers from grade 4?) and also what higher level standards they know as well.

Virginia- Standards View in Class Report
Please consider making the Standards View feature available for Virginia schools and aligning the displayed standards to the Virginia Standards of Learning (SOL). This would make MAP Growth Class Reports significantly more actionable for teachers by helping them connect student performance directly to the standards used for instruction and identify areas for targeted support.

Update quick start guides for teachers.
The PDFs, videos and website all contain images of an outdated interface. The "Confirm" and "Confirm All" buttons no longer exist. The set up is less intuitive than it used to be, consisting of drop down menus that are not part of the Quick Start resources. Teachers are reading or watching these resources and then are unable to find the confirm button.

Downloadable Reports
As a superintendent, there is no way to download a PDF of my Growth and Achievement Reports to share with my school board, staff, or community. This is something that is necessary for an assessment this important to teaching and learning. I need to be able to download these reports without having to take screenshots or "control P." This is very unprofessional. Thank you.
