  1. Partners in the Southern Hemisphere are willing to use MAP Reading Fluency but are presented with the challenge of looking at students' data since their school year's start within our spring term. As an example, students begin the school year in March but are measured against end of year expectations versus beginning of year expectations.

  2. Some of my students are only approaching expectations yet their percentiles are high. For example, one student is only labeled as approaching expectations but scored 79th percentile for phonics. That would make sense for a benchmark but not for a percentile. You either need to make adjustments to your categories or explain in a video the reasoning. The only mathematical logic I can think of is if the entire nation's norms are just that skewed due to low literacy skills.

    These numbers and results are important for making decisions and talking about risk with parents.

  3. At the end of the benchmark and or progress monitoring it always says Great Work! Sensational! It would be great to have a tutorial of the missed questions. This would be a great teaching tool and immediate feedback. It would be better than making them think they got all of the questions.
    correct when they didn't. When students see Great Work! They think they did everything correctly. Since the same words are being used, they are making the same mistakes over and over again.

  4. There needs to be an indication on the main page of grade level/classroom lists that a reading test needs to be reviewed so we do not have to click on each student to see which tests we need to listen to.

  5. Teachers need access to reports, for each student and they must hunt for it. Please make a app just for student/ class/ family reports - one for each. Teachers are already busy and working off the clock . And specfically label each link . I am tired of spending too much time trying to find a student or family report.

  6. Hello! For Progress Monitoring, it would be wonderful if we could access class reports that tracked learners over an academic year and semester. This would be much more teacher-friendly than clicking on each student to see results. Having an organized printout/report that is simple to view by grade level, lexile, WCPM, and accuracy would be extremely helpful. Providing a class or grade level "view" for Progress Monitoring on the dashboard is crucial.

    Also, clicking on "status percentiles" for every learner is tedious.

  7. There needs to be a way to pull up just one group or class of students rather than seeing the whole grade level and having to re-sort them every time I return to the page

  10. Please add the Status Percentiles dotted lines to the progress monitoring phonological awareness & Phonics/Word Recognition; ike you have available to select for Oral reading
    Also possibly add the percentile to show up as well when you hover the mouse arrow over the dot, so it shows domain score & percentile of that exact test. Also list or add a column to include the percentiles next to domain score that appear under the progress monitoring test details. Those changes would be That would be SO HELPFUL.

  13. If you could also put the 50th percentile ON the progress monitoring graph, it would be helpful so we know where the "goal" is at for EOY scores for our students.

  15. It would be wonderful to have a student's benchmark domain scores also found on the Progress Monitoring chart. I know the scores can be found below the graph, but it would be helpful to have it on the graph as well, when looking at growth across the year.

  16. It would be wonderful to have MAP Reading Fluency on the same app as NWEA MAP Growth. It would alleviate intense student and teacher confusion on which one they needed to be accessing, given Math is on the app for ALL grade levels, but reading switches.

  17. I wish I could make groups for the students that I am teaching. Printing data takes for ever because you have to click on each individual students. In the FASTBridge Learning platform, you can select all the students you need and print out the reports in one action.

  20. The progress monitoring is not very helpful if we cannot tell what level the students have progressed to to see if they are on track. The domain score just shows us the points the kids go up, but there is very little useful data for the progress monitoring. It could be a great tool if we could get a comprehensive report like with the benchmark and screeners.
