school profile- printable by grade level
I need to be able to pull grade level data and have it printable for discussions. I would like to be able to see all of the students at a grade level and sort them but rit or name (like the grade report). There is no report that puts ALL of the students by grade in a list.

Grade report
When the grade report is retired, I will not have a report I can print out to use in data meetings to make groups. I rank the students based on their RIT score. It is a very easy report to look at for myself and the teachers. The student profile report is not as easy to use and is not easy to print.

Grade Level Report
Please do not take away our Grade level report. As an admin I use this report to pull grade level data and sort them by RIT to show grade level info to all teachers. Select students within a particular range to participate in after school programs. This makes it easy to see what students are at each range in a whole grade level.

"Include students and subjects without test results in the selected term (Not Common)"
When you run Family Reports right now, the system lets you check or uncheck the option to: "Include students and subjects without test results in the selected term (Not Common)". Even when you leave this UNCHECKED, the system still pulls reports for students who did not test during the test term you selected.
I did reach out to Tech Support about this and they said the report function runs as intended, and that the wording is just confusing.
This wording needs to be changed, or the report needs to be updated to do what it says it does. There are…

Student Groups by Instructional Areas
For RTI purposes (Tier 3 specifically), it would be very beneficial if students could be grouped by instructional areas based off of their benchmark assessments.

Class Profile Report
In the ACHIEVEMENT PERCENTILES area of the Class Profile Report, I think it would be nice if it would tell the students' names rather than just the number of students in that percentile. I am suggesting the capability for the report to specify the students by name (not only number) by clicking on or hovering over the colored bars of the ACHIEVEMENT PERCENTILES graph on the Class Profile Report.

Private School Norms
Be able to choose Private school Norms to show up in reports in addition to national norms. We are happy to be moving away from ERBs but that was a nice feature to use and families still want that information. I know we can look at the Achievement and Growth Tables for Private Schools but incorporating it into the reporting features would be much appreciated!

Bring back information that was available on Class Report Summary page
Using the soon to be discontinued Class Report, teachers are able to see their instructional area performance to determine the weakest and strongest instructional areas. When I called in to the support line, I was informed that this information is not available in any of the other reports. Please find a way to incorporated that into the class profile. It is SO helpful to know that information when determining the greatest needs within a classroom. Please, please, please!

Export Data from School/Class Profile Reports
The updates to the Class and School profiles reports are great. Being able to see program data attached to students within a class, is super helpful for teachers. Being able to filter to a certain program to see thier performance is also supoer helpful, so students and staff can have data specific to that group, and compare to the whole group. However, it would be great to be able to export that students level data, already filtered directly to excel.

Add more colors for the highlighter tools
Our students did a writing workshop that taught them how to highlight different information using different colors. Example...Setting (yellow), time (blue), action (green), reaction (red), etc. On the STAR test, they do allow different colors for the highlighter. It would be nice if all things were aligned for the students sake.

Downloadable
Downloadable Learning Continuum Report based on selected RIT Range. The challenge of the past version of the LC classroom report was the length. If we could select rit ranges through the sub goals we could provide teachers and content specialists with customized small group learning objectives for tutoring/intervention.

User Profile for Resource Inclusion & Dyslexia Specialists
We need a profile that allows support staff to access data for only students they support while keeping all other student data private.

Legacy Reports
Since the Student Growth Summary Report is one of the reports to be discontinued, please consider the replacement - District/School Profile Report - to have the same historical access. At this point, the Student Growth Summary Report creates reports for all the years of our subscription. However, I believe the District/School Profile Report will only cover the past two years of running reports. This is not sufficient for accessing the data that many schools might need/require.

Add historical MAP data to Family Report
With the student progress report being retired this year, it will be a loss to lose the historical data for parents and teachers who look over seasons to help make decisions for our advanced programming, MTSS, and special education. In addition, our district saves paper by only printing out student reports for student files once a year as opposed to having to print out the reports after every test administration.

Update 2+ “What’s This Test About” video
The 2+ “What’s This Test About” video is a too young for our middle & high school students. The info is great but geared toward elementary students and is outdated. Please update with fresh content geared toward older students. We need a tool that teaches our students about the assessment AND gets them motivated to take the test.

Graph Illustrating Student Growth In Instructional Areas
It would be nice to share student growth in the individual instructional areas (e.g. Matter, Energy, Motion) over the course of the school year. I envision a graph with Time on the X and Score on the Y and three lines (one per instructional area).

Estimated percentile for content-specific science tests (life, physical, Earth and space)
DC uses a content-specific MAP test for science (life, physical or Earth and space science) but there is no percentile rank information available for these tests. I can see that physical science content for 8th grade is all mastered by a 260 but a breakdown of what each score means would be very helpful for reporting this information to students and parents. Telling a student they scored 210 is not as powerful as telling them they are in the 50th percentile.

Printing
The ability to print a School Profile would be great! Right now, we screenshot it or use a snipping tool.

Reports
Feedback for MAP Growth:
1. It would be helpful to have a report that is Grade Breakdown by RIT. There is currently a Class Breakdown by RIT, but as an administrator, it would be more useful to see the whole grade together.
2. Could the Grade level report include a column showing the score from the last testing as a comparison? I have to go student by student to see how many points of change there have been since the last administration.
3. In general, it is very hard to find what I am looking for on the website. I…8 votes
