  1. We have difficulty with the program hearing the students. The students have to scream "I am ready!" in order to open the assessment.

  7. Would like the omission & substitution feature to provide the ability to highlight and strike out multiple words at once. It is tedious trying to go back and click on every word the student omits when they may begin reading many words or lines after the last word they attempted to read.

  12. I run the Fluency Export to see which students have been flagged on the dyslexia screener and ORF passages. It's very frustrating that the teacher's name isn't listed on that report with all the other information. I have to do so much work to match hundreds of students with their teachers in order to disseminate the data. Is there something I'm missing?

  13. Have the passages printable so that we can have the students read from them. The software does not pick up many students' reading because of speech issues or volume. That would make hand scoring much easier.

  15. It would be nice to have a more prominent search feature to find an individual student. It only exists on one screen and is not intuitive for teachers to find and use.

  18. In MAP Fluency progress monitoring of foundational skills, there is NOT currently a way to delete an errant attempt. For example, a student left to use the restroom without the teacher pausing the assessment. When the child returned, it had ended so the teacher had them start again. The progress graph is used to communicate progress to parents and yet, there is currently no way to delete the incorrect attempt. The instructor should have the ability to delete an attempt just as they can do now with an errant Oral Reading Passage.

  19. The system is showing a hand-score for a student even when a school is not sure who did the hand-scoring. A few teachers may all work with one student. The system should report who did the hand-scoring so every teacher knows.
