Typecase Letters
The typecase a and typecase g can be difficult for students to read if they haven't been exposed to them before. This is not the standard formation of these letters. Are there plans to change the font so that these are no longer typecase in stories/questions students are reading?

Putting teachers names and reports
It is very hard as an admin side when I pull up the reports and I can't break them down by classes. It is just giving me all the kids at once.

Report print out
Is there a way to print only the current test results even if students have tested twice for fall?

Instructional Planning reports for older grades
This needs to be available for upper grades! The instructional planning report would be really useful for small groups.

speech students
My students with severe speech issues are coming back not scored. What is being done to make the test accessible for them without having to unfairly take the test twice then have the teacher hand score (which I haven't been taught how to do),

Parent Progress Report
We would love a printable parent progress report from MAP Fluency that allows us to send home student test scores, ZPD etc. in a meaningful way to parents.

Reports
There are several things that would be useful in fluency reporting:
1. It would be wonderful to access a report that compares a student's fluency progress from testings across the year. I always have to sit and individually compare from fall to winter, winter to spring, spring to fall, etc.
2. It would be helpful to have a clear chart of how the fluency levels (below, approaching, meets, and exceeds) are reached for grade levels. It is hard to determine why a student is kicked back to phonemic awareness when others are not.
3. When clicking on an individual student…6 votes -

Adaptive for ALL grades
We would love to have the test be adaptive for ALL grades to determine foundational skill deficits. Students in the upper grades cannot adapt down to foundational skills unless explicitly assigned the foundational skills benchmark but when determining the needs of students we would like to be able to see them move in either direction, based on their needs.

Progress Monitoring= Only 1 test should be allowed per week
Having students logging in multiple times to progress monitor is a mess. Students should not be able to take the assessment multiple times in one day. It should be auto-assigned a few days later to avoid this.

Flag Oral Reading Score when only one passage scored
There are occasions when a student receives a "score" from the system but when you click on the student you see that only one passage has been scored. The other passages have received "no score" for a regular reason.
It would be great if in these instances there was a flag or asterix against the student's score so it would be easier to identify if it is possible to hand score the student's other passages. We have found that if it is possible to hand score the other passages then it has a significant effect on the student's overall score.

Unassign a test
Admins should have the ability to unassign tests or progress monitoring that have been assigned.

Progress Monitoring-
If assigned multiple areas to progress monitor, all areas should be sent to students when they log in. Students should not have to log in multiple times to access each progress monitoring tool.

testing item bank
There needs to be more items in the test bank. Or have 2 test options (i.e pre/post or fall/spring). Our school likes to administer the dyslexia screener twice a year---to have as a pre and post data. This is helpful to see how students are progressing from the beginning of the year to the end of the year. And if the test is exactly the same from kindergarten to 2nd grade, it seems that it would effect the results. ALSO, the dyslexia screener item bank seems to be exactly the same as the benchmarking and progress monitoring pieces....which is also…

test length
It would be nice if the test was divided into 2 parts. It is pretty lengthy for kindergarten and 1st grade students to complete in one sitting. I know you can pause the test, but that would not be as easy as just having the test already petitioned into 2 parts.

clever badge sign in
As a Kindergarten teacher, my students only ever use Clever Badges to sign into their Chromebooks. It's incredibly difficult to assign usernames and passwords, and then expect those same students to sign in to the system.
Is it at all possible to change the sign in to Clever badge sign in? PLEASE!9 votes
