SPANISH NEEDS
We purchased the assessment to use K-12 and were promised secondary course-specific assessments in Spanish, and now that we are giving the assessment, the Spanish does not exist. How do we provide the assessment to our Spanish language students? Or students who speak other languages? This is inequitable!

"Ready For" Report
It would be helpful to have a "student report" and a "class report" that shows a list of TEKS the students are "ready for" or to make the current student report an excel download, so we can copy and cut the information we need / don't need.
I know the current student report shows this information, but it is about 12 pages long and it's a PDF, so we cannot do anything but print it, we can't grab the data we need.

Allow the option to revert back to old MARC. This new interface is very counterintuitive and not efficient.

Change format of PDF to "Best for electronic distribution and accessibility (Uses Microsoft online services)"
Currently, the reports that can be downloaded as a pdf (Family report). These reports cannot be used with their current format with a Document Delivery system such as the one in PowerSchool. The only workaround is to use a converter tool, such as Adobe, to convert the file to a word document, and then convert that document back to a PDF with the format "Best for electronic distribution and accessibility (uses Microsoft online service). Easier Reporting for Tests Completed
I can run a report under manage students, but it is one student at a time. It would be more convenient if I could run a report for an entire grade to confirm that everyone has completed the four tests needed. Currently, I have to search for each student individually because we administer Math tests specific to the enrolled class.

Update to Rosters Import File Requirements
The new update to the rosters import file requirements necessitates that each row have a valid email address associated with it. In theory, this is a good idea. But in practice, it is causing more work for schools/districts who have classes that are not yet assigned to an instructor yet (for example, classes currently being covered by a long-term sub). Previously, we were able to upload the file with "Staff" listed in the instructor column. User Role Activity Log
From a System Administrator standpoint, it would be great to have an NWEA user activity log to go back to. This way if anything needs attention and investigation as to why it changed or who changed it there is a way to follow up on it. It will also be useful if the activity log can be searched by the role type of the account holders. The activity logs data range could cover the current school year and the year before to allow for change control and case management.

Update 2+ “What’s This Test About” video
The 2+ “What’s This Test About” video is a too young for our middle & high school students. The info is great but geared toward elementary students and is outdated. Please update with fresh content geared toward older students. We need a tool that teaches our students about the assessment AND gets them motivated to take the test.

Search for More than 200 Students at a Time
I want to administer the test to an entire grade level but we have more than 1,100 students, so it is difficult to put them all into a testing session. I want to be able to search for all of 6th grade at a time but can't because I can't search for more than 200 at once. Can you please lift that restriction? Thank you!

Warning that Platform is Nearing End Of Life
Each year our schools are caught off guard when Chromebooks and IPads are not able to support NWEA testing. It would great if, as one of these devices approaches end of life, the NWEA application would detect the situation and notify the users that their machine may not work during an upcoming testing session.
