Find/design a better test!
We are on our second test. Forty questions with passages that would bore and discourage most proficient adult readers. I feel so badly for my students. Tests are taking over a week to administer. From a test admin point of view , full results take over 24 hours, students keep getting kicked off, and unable to add students from other classes even after putting in correct information.

Reports: Please create a "Roster Status" report
Reports: Please create a "Roster Status" report where I can look at a class as a whole, see all of their names and their status for all tests at once.
Example: 4th grade, all student names listed down the left and all their assigned tests across the header row, with statuses in every cell (ex: Started, In Progress, Complete)6 votes -
New Class Roster Report print PDF doesn't work

Keeping the Student Progress Report
I am a school psychologist and for many years have used the Student Progress Report with my teams. It is a fantastic tool that allows the team to quickly view and process the student's scores in reading, math and language use over time. Having the %tiles available along with RIT score is extremely valuable. Teams can add this data to other pieces of data and help figure out if a child has skills similar to other students with disabilities or if they may have an attention or anxiety issue at play. Without this quick and easy to interpret data, I…

Family Report
The family report menu only allows you to print the current term's report even if you select a previous term. If I select Fall 2020-2021, the family report for those students is the most recent term, like Winter 2025. I was given a work around by accessing the family report through the student profile but the other approach should work too. I would also like the ability to print all the family reports for my school at one time instead of only doing a class at a time.

Remove accessibility warning from MAP screening tests
With the recent removal of the standard version of the MAP screening tests leaving only the accessible versions of the MAP screening tests, the pop-up warning that you have selected an accessible version of the screening tests that tells you to make sure you have chosen the correct version is misleading and causes proctors to question their choice when there is no longer any other version to select. Can that message be removed?

Run Reports in at Batch at the School/Grade Level
With the retirement of the student progress report next year, we need the ability to run the other reports, such as student profile and family report, in batch at the school or grade level. Currently, both those reports require you to drill down to the teacher and class. From there you can run a batch file for an entire class. However, we need the ability to run reports in bulk by school or at the least by grade level. It would be extremely time consuming having to run each report by each class.

Student Progress Report
Our school uses the Student Progress report to easily see the students data and provide a quick look for our parents. Please do not get rid of this report.

Let School Coordinators View All Testing Progress in Real Time
Currently, only proctors monitoring active test sessions can see students' progress during the tests. It would be really helpful if school coordinators could directly access and view students' progress in all active sessions without having to rely on each proctor to provide updates or download testing progress files. This would greatly simplify test management and reduce the burden on proctors, especially when monitoring multiple students. Thanks!

Keep Legacy Reports!
Please consider keeping the Legacy Grade & Class reports. These are the most useful reports for MTSS systems. As a school psych looking at grade level, and building level trends it is essential to be able to generate a quick report that shows the entire class/grade on one page with percentile ranks and important info like the amount of time spent & rapid guessing. Please don't make our jobs harder! The new student profile misses the mark for allowing you to look at a large amount of data (on multiple students) easily at once.

faster slow down sloth
Can the slow down sloth be set up within the MAP test to appear more quickly? We recognize this is a product change but are hoping it can be seriously considered.
Our team has noticed a critical feature of MAP NWEA is not quite what it could be. There is a "slow down sloth" that appears when students take the MAP test too quickly, randomly clicking through the answers. This was a feature we were excited about when we first moved to NWEA assessments.
The sloth is a great feature but is too slow to appear and misses many students…

Allow admin to assign proctors to test sessions that the admin creates
Currently, in order to mitigate the amount of work on the teacher's end the admin is creating the test sessions. The only way to do this without forcing teachers to sift and sort through a ton of test sessions is for the admin to login as each teacher one at a time and create the sessions for them. This is extremely time consuming and takes forever. There needs to be a way for admins to create a session within their own account, and then change the proctor on the session so that a different teacher can go in and run…

Login Fronted: Logging Me Out of My Mind!
Despite actively working on the platform, I'm repeatedly logged out automatically after a short period. This isn't just inconvenient; it's wasting a significant amount of my time and severely impacting my productivity. Frankly, it's baffling that such a basic functionality isn't working as expected.I strongly encourage you to look into this issue, as it’s turning a straightforward task into an unnecessarily complicated one.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Please make available in the profile report (school especially) previous years to match term tested and term rostered. Term rostered 21-22.
Please make available in the profile report (school especially) previous years to match the term tested and term rostered. Term rostered can only go back to the 23-24 school year. I need it to go back to the 21-22 and 22-23 school year.

Grade Report vs. School Profile Report
Our school currently uses the Grade Report to look at data on a student-by-student basis for the whole grade and determine students in need of Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions. The School Profile Report, which is listed as a replacement for the Grade Report, does not allow you to sort the entire grade alphabetically or by RIT score, regardless of classroom teacher. Additionally, although you can hover and see which students scored in each range, you cannot print that information, or get the detailed information about student scores in specific instructional areas for all of the students in the…

Email Notifications for Failed Classlink Roster Import
When a nightly roster data import from Classlink fails to post, generate an email notification to the district administrators making them aware of the failure. I just happened to be in NWEA investigating an unrelated issue and noticed that our nightly sync from Classlink had a "cancelled" status each night for over a month due to a new program code being added by the student information system administrator. I had no idea that new students were not being added to NWEA for all that time. I am told that such notifications happen for Clever districts, but that it isn't set…

Is there a way to create a Students Grouped by Instructional Area Scores report for grade levels - MTSS/RTI benefits & not having to disagg
Is there a way to create a Students Grouped by Instructional Area Scores report for grade levels - This would be extremely beneficial for grade level intervention, MTSS/RTI, etc. Right now, we're having to piece together reports and disaggregate further in order to best group students by their lowest instructional area/need across the grade level.

Formula Sheet
A formula sheet should be available in the tools section when students are taking the MAP Growth 6+ assessment.
