  1. I believe it completely negates the validity of the math MAP test when students at grades 3+ are responsible for reading the math test. As a third grade teacher, I have plenty of students in my class who unfortunately score very low on the math MAP test due to poor reading skills. If we are testing their mathematical ability, we should not be requiring them to read.

  3. Is it possible to have a file upload option? We're not able to use homeroom rosters or class periods in MAP, but if I could upload a file with class rosters we created that would be awesome.

  4. Please bring this back! We utilized this feature ALL the time with our teachers for analyzing data to best drive our instruction and close gaps. I know it can be accessed under each student ISR, but for my teachers in the district that are super busy they do not have the time to go kid by kid on a report to analyze and collect the data of where our standards are not being met.   5. It would be very helpful if NWEA would not discontinue in Summer 2024 that our administrators and teachers use to make decisions about student learning. The new online reports lack a lot of the detail that we use to make out own graphs and reports. In our opinion, the new reports much less useful than the ones that we have trained on and are accustomed to using. Reports of percentiles are simply not enough. It seems to me that the objective is to make scoring LESS transparent for schools, not more. I understand if you would like to ADD reports…

  6. Please... Be consistent about the order you list the Content Goal Areas on different reports. Different reports put them a different order. It would be so helpful if the list was standardized across reports.

  7. I wish that you would move multiplication/division out of the other skills tests and make them a skills test of their own. If students have not had those yet, they get very frustrated which spoils the rest of the test for them.
    Also, I wish you would limit skills tests to 10-14 items, pinpointing more specific topics, and have more skills tests.

  9. Make it so you can click multiple "radio buttons" next to school names at time to remove schools from the School Proctor role. As of right now you can only delete one school at a time and it's painful and very time consuming when you have remove 51 schools from one teachers and you have 1,000 teachers to edit.

  11. At our schools, we are avid users of the learning continuum. We use this to differentiate and plan our lessons accordingly. When the students were placed next to the standard they needed "next" it was a quick and easy way to make plans to match their instructional needs. Now that this feature is gone and "updated" I (we) are literally panicking! We are so upset! HA!   14. As the Class Report takes the place of the Quadrant Report, I would like to be able to add growth comparisons. This is a more critical data point for a formative assessment than achievement.

    I would also like a quick way to toggle between subject areas, gender, and ethnicities, like the quadrant allows.

    Finally, I really like the summary data that is at the bottom of the quadrant report, including percentages, counts, and medians. Please don't take data away from me!

  15. As of now NWEA only uses Ethnic groups which do not match the Federal mandate of reporting Ethnic groups along with race. So you import rosters they do not match what is Federally mandated. You must report an ethnic group along with race. NWEA is out of compliance. So, you have to manually go and change it to match what ethnic group the student belongs to.
    IE. Hispanics race is Hispanic, but their ethnic group is white.
    NWEA needs ethnic group along with race!

  16. We are running into some issues with testing sessions and student test access. It would be great if students had a log into the system rather than selecting their name from a drop down. It would also be helpful if the school for the testing session were listed as one of the columns for ease of finding all sessions at that school for review. It would be great if the filters on the test session screen also held so when reviewing details of multiple sessions the filters would not need to be redone each time. Feel free to contact me…

  18. I am wondering about how the quadrant report will be incorporated into the class profile reports. I would like to see what this will look like. I am also wondering if there is consideration for including this data in the school and district reports. It would be great if the district, school, and class reports were parallel and aggregated up to the next level with the same display and information. I like the summary data but more information is needed at the aggregate levels.

  19. We are in the process of our beginning of the year window. I am looking forward and planning data protocols with the reports that will be available starting in the 2024-25 school year. During the window, I need a way on demand to pull the list of students that have finished testing across the entire district. I see that the grade breakdown csv is set to be retired and will be replaced by the district/school profile report.
