Estimated NWEA Growth Reading percentile
Add the estimated NWEA Growth Reading percentile to the .csv output file for the Dylslexia Screener and Foundational Skills result types, in addition to the Dyslexia and Universal Screen results. This will help schools identify students whose result is close to the flag cut scores.

Reading fluency microphone fix on ipad
If you are using the Reading fluency map on the ipad, make sure your students press "Allow" when the app asks to use the microphone. If they press deny, the proctor will need to go into settings, find the Reading Fluency app settings, and toggle the microphone switch to ON. I would add this to the knowledge base.

When looking at the Phonological Awareness and Phonics graph. I would like a toggle bar like the Oral Reading that shows the %.

test length
It would be nice if the test was divided into 2 parts. It is pretty lengthy for kindergarten and 1st grade students to complete in one sitting. I know you can pause the test, but that would not be as easy as just having the test already petitioned into 2 parts.

It would be amazing if a trend line would automatically populate :)

iPads for Administration Use
Our teachers use iPads for administering assessments in classrooms. Currently, MAP Reading Fluency cannot be administered on iPads and reports cannot be accessed/viewed on iPads. This limits how and where we can administer assessments and share/talk about our data.

- Allow a feature to have an audio recording slowed so the teacher can better hear the student.
- Develop a printable copy of the student assessment (oral reading) so that the teacher can see what the software counted as an error.

Be able to exclude tests from MAP Reading Fluency like we can in MAP Growth
As a district data administrator, I would like the ability to exclude a test from MAP Reading Fluency like we can with MAP Growth. For times like dyslexia screening, when the wrong students takes the test under the wrong name, I need to be able to remove exclude that test

Add goal setting feature and rate of improvement to progress monitoring graph.
Adding a goal setting feature with a goal line on progress monitoring graphs would be helpful for teams that are analyzing a student's response to interventions. Adding rate of improvement to the graph would also help when making decisions for interventions.

Screener Data
I wish we could see screener data if we only subscribe to MAP Growth. We are able to give the screeners, but cannot view the data.

Comparison by Dates
Is there a way to compare dates taken rather just by term? We have students who have taken the assessment in the same term but a month or so apart. I'd like to see the school-wide data as a whole comparing their Sept. to Nov. test.

Need variety in phonics/word recognition PM
I think phonics/word recognition progress monitoring needs to have different words each time. Some of my EL students keep missing the same words because they don't know what the word means. However, many times they can read the words.
A few of the words they get stuck on
pit (peach pit), mug, toss, drain They can read them but they don't know what they mean.I feel like that if they were given different words with the same rime, we would know if it was vocabulary or phonics.
I decided to watch one of my students take the test to…

Understanding Data in the Southern Hemisphere
Partners in the Southern Hemisphere are willing to use MAP Reading Fluency but are presented with the challenge of looking at students' data since their school year's start within our spring term. As an example, students begin the school year in March but are measured against end of year expectations versus beginning of year expectations.

High percentile but not meeting expectations??
Some of my students are only approaching expectations yet their percentiles are high. For example, one student is only labeled as approaching expectations but scored 79th percentile for phonics. That would make sense for a benchmark but not for a percentile. You either need to make adjustments to your categories or explain in a video the reasoning. The only mathematical logic I can think of is if the entire nation's norms are just that skewed due to low literacy skills.
These numbers and results are important for making decisions and talking about risk with parents.

Confusing RHYME
In the rhyming section, the two clues are sun and one, the answer is run. Sun and one don't rhyme. It's very confusing.

Indicator of review needed
There needs to be an indication on the main page of grade level/classroom lists that a reading test needs to be reviewed so we do not have to click on each student to see which tests we need to listen to.

MAP Reading Fluency Integrated with app
It would be wonderful to have MAP Reading Fluency on the same app as NWEA MAP Growth. It would alleviate intense student and teacher confusion on which one they needed to be accessing, given Math is on the app for ALL grade levels, but reading switches.
