Turn on the mic when the students are given a sentence and have to pick the picture that answers the questions. Account for the slower read
Turn on the mic when the students are given a sentence and have to pick the picture that answers the questions. Account for the slower readers and increase the likelihood that they will hit their target by adjusting or accounting for the increase in time or lowering the number attempted.

Control for sensitivity
There is a delay from when a child selects an answer to when the screen moves to the next item. Students interpret that delay as "I need to click again." and they are being advanced through one or more items because of their repeat clicking.

Submit button
You need to add a submit button after each question. Many. many times my students accidentally click on the wrong answer because they were using their mouse to read each answer. This happens on all of the tests.

See system errors scored in reading
Is it possible to see the system errors scored? It does not appear and would make it great feedback to teachers.

Percentiles in progress monitoring instead of domain scores
It would be much more beneficial for teachers to see a percentile in progress monitoring instead of the domain score.

Actual Benchmark Test Date
I cannot physically find on any report the exact date each student is tested on benchmark. I know there is a fall score and a winter score, but I don't know the day or month... We had a teacher accidentally test her kids in December. Your winter window was open, but our district window was not. So, technically they all had to retest to adhere to district guidelines.

Hit Boxes
There is a reading question with pictures and the student is to match a sentence below with each picture. The box above each picture is so small, students had difficulty placing the sentence. I even had trouble. Make the boxes bigger please.

Not Valid for ELL Population
Just received our winter screener results. Every single student who is "flagged" is an ELL student who would only be able to identify the pictures in the phonological awareness and phonics sections if they clicked the speaker button to have each picture read to them. There are two huge problems with this: 1--As kindergarteners, clicking every speaker button on every page requires more persistence than is developmentally typical and 2--This section is scored by the number of questions a student answers correctly in a given time limit. Students who have English as a first language know the pictures and can…

Add an option of a print out of the text reading in Map Fluency.
If there was a print out option of the text reading instead of just a listening option, teachers could more easily analyze the types of errors students are making. This would add a diagnostic element to your universal screener that would notch it up to be more diagnostically useful.

Copy and Paste Data capability
As some of us have to write numerous and or frequent reports, which isn't exactly our favorite way to spend our time, MAP could ease the burden and save users time by making all data easy to copy and past into different formats and/or platforms. The current format seems to be a bit of a pain in the neck. Thank you.

Add dates to Benchmark test scores under Benchmark Tab
While the Progress Monitoring test scores do have accompanying dates, the Benchmark scores do not. This omission requires users to look for those dates else and to try to pair them with the correct test. This is time consuming and unreliable. Why can’t the benchmark date be paired under the Benchmark Tab, as are the Progress Monitoring test are under the PM tab?

Provide progress monitoring oral reading passages as hard text copies.
It would be nice to have the progress monitoring passages as hard copies so student would read off of the paper versus reading off of a screen.

Seeing Running Records
It would be great if, after the AI has computed the students oral reading rate/fluency, we, as educators, can see how the system scored the running record. For example, it would show us what the students have omitted, substituted, etc., as well as where the student stopped at or around the 1 minute mark, 2 minute mark, etc. It would help us see what exactly the student did and help us to plan for instruction/target interventions or support.

How names are listed in instructional report.
In instructional planning report, are students listed in each level by lowest to highest scores in that level?
Since they are not listed alphabetically. If so, can you list the percentage by their name so educators know if they are a high, medium, or low level 3 for example.1 vote -
testing column sizes, to see results
Helpful to somehow narrow the columns or resize so an individual can see all foundational skills & oral reading scores in the row to the right of the students names, without having to click the right arrow to view the students Literal Comprehension column scores.
