  1. Students with text to speech accommodations should have the ability to choose the speed at which the text is delivered as well as the pitch of the voice (male vs female).

  5. I am trying to get ONLY the "Students Grouped by Instructional Areas" portion on a nice clean PDF. The only option is to print PDF at the top right of ALL of the class data, and if you see my attached screenshot, it cuts off all of the data or splits it between two pages. How do you recommend only getting this report separately in a nice clean PDF including all of the data?

  6. Could we be able to see the historical data and instructional areas for students who have completed the testing multiple times? So, if I were to select last winter's roster for a student report, it would look like it did then. The idea is that I'm looking for the specific learning outcomes that have changed for a student.

  7. NWEA needs to build additional integrations for authentication and user provisioning into NWEA MAP Growth. Currently the only two options for SSO are Clever and Classlink. However a system with as sensitive of data as NWEA, there needs to be configuration for a fully fledged IdP such as Okta. Ideally this configuration would be via OIDC and also support user provisioning via SCIM. Currently all user account creation is managed manually, which can leave behind stale user accounts that pose security risks. Further, there is no native way within NWEA's user management portal to enforce MFA. If NWEA were to…

  8. Map Growth Report Historical Percentile Ranks should now be included on the Student Profile Report since the Growth Reports are being retired. We need to be able to see and print all of the student's percentile ranks on one printable page. On the Student Profile Report we have to click on the RIT scores to reveal the percentile ranks but there is no way to print the report with all of the percentile ranks showing.   9. As a network of multiple charter schools, our MAP data is a vital part of the renewal and WASC process. We were recently requested by our charter authorizer to have our CGI scores broken down by Program and Ethnicity for each individual grade-level for the past three years. There was no easy way to obtain this information for past years. The combined report would have been the best place to obtain this info, but it only contains ethnicity data.

  10. Text-to-Speech Accommodation for Math Assessment: Enable the Text-to-Seech Accommodation to be applied directly to the test itself instead of individual students. Text to Speech is a standard support for our students during Mathematics and Algebra assessments. The current method of assigning this accommodation to students, particularly during mixed-grade test sessions, is inefficient. The option could be added to the MODIFY TESTS section of Modify Preferences.

  11. When batch downloading Student Profiles, I need a separate PDF for each student. The Student Profile only produces 1 PDF file for the whole class (e.g., one 60-page PDF with results for 30 students). I need it to work like the Student Progress report that can produce 1 PDF file for each student (e.g., a ZIP file with thirty 2-page PDFs with the results for 30 students).

    It's virtually impossible to separate a single 60-page PDF into thirty 2-page PDFs. Moreover, 99% of the ways someone might do that actually doesn't delete the other 58 pages--it just hides them in…

  13. Years ago in an NWEA training, we were urged to do a manual upload for our campus admin to see students as a whole grade level and analyze data! I completely see the need for this! However, it has been years of doing these manual uploads and there still hasn't been any updates to an NWEA admin report that would allow this without all of the uploads each term!   14. The requirement for Kiosk mode on chromebooks seems excessive. With a large number of students, paying a monthly fee for kiosk mode on top of the NWEA fee adds up to quite a lot for something that is only used 2-3x per year.

  15. I had two separate students who wanted to enter a fraction as their answer, which was incorrect but what they believed to be correct. However, the text box wouldn't allow them to enter 2/6 (as an example). It seemed to only accept whole numbers. There didn't seem to button to change the format entry to a fraction or mixed number box.
    Students should be able to enter the response they believe to be correct, so all entry options should be accepted.

  17. Can we have a feature to keep student accommodations for the school year? TIDE (state testing) and other platforms have this feature.

    Adding accommodations each BOY,MOY and EOY to 4 tests per 3 grade levels, 3 times a year is tedious and time consuming.

    6th- 4 tests, 7th- 4 tests, 8th grade 4 tests

    4 x 3 = 12 tests

    12 tests x BOY, MOY, EOY = 36 tests total

    36 tests total x 400 students with accommodations= 14, 400 times of accommodations inputted

    Also, can the Reading and Language test be combined?

  19. We love that MAP is integrated with FACTS SIS through Clever. This makes importing student information into MAP very efficient. Since FACTS and MAP are already connected, it would be very helpful if we could use FACTS to email MAP reports to parents. Currently, we print them and hope they make it home. It seems that it would be possible to use Clever to access the FACTS parent email system and send MAP reports via email.

  20. Current Student Report has an option to select (in the Test Events section), "Growth Only" or "All Valid". By selecting "all valid" we get a report for students who have taken the screening test. Please add this option to the Student Profile Report.
