csv
It would be very helpful if we could get a CSV version of the report that shows students without valid tests/test results by status. CAASPP for example has a report that shows all students and their test statuses as a CSV, it's very helpful because I can plug that CSV into a spreadsheet of my own that groups students by class or grade or subject or easily filters for certain things, giving it as a PDF makes it very hard to share unless I'm sharing the whole file. Even just being able to get a report of the whole school…

Automatically give Instructor the School Proctor role.
When we use Clever for rostering, it gives teachers the Instructor role, but not the School Proctor role. Therefore, they are not able to administer testing. This is very tedious to manually add this role for every teacher. Please add School Proctor for all Instructors automatically.

Touch Screens
On the Early Skills Screener - allow students to click an answer and then click the answer box where they want to place it. This would eliminate us having to add an external mouse to devices that we've already spent a considerable amount on.

printable Class Breakdown by Instructional areas
Bring back the printable Class Breakdown by Instructional areas. Seeing all students in all domains on one sheet was so helpful as I work on my computer.

No report shows Screening test results once the student progress report is retired.
We use MAP Screening tests frequently which is a useful tool to quickly measure student performance. We can share the Screening results for the individual family according to the student progress report with the parents (which is the only student-level report for Screening), it is helpful for us to get better communication with our PTA.
Please don't discontinue the student progress report available, the report is supper clear and easy to read for the parents. If this cannot be done, please work the screening testing option into a new student-level report.

Learning Continuum
The Learning Continuum changes DID simplify some things. But it is not viewable in anything but an oversized monitor. On a laptop or chromebook 90% of the screen is used by headspace and menus. The actual standards only show about 2 lines at a time. The headspace needs to be reduced, and the menus need to collapse. The collapsing menus already exist on other reports. Without it here, my teachers cannot use this tool.

Map Growth Report Historical Percentile Ranks should now be included on the Student Profile Report
Map Growth Report Historical Percentile Ranks should now be included on the Student Profile Report since the Growth Reports are being retired. We need to be able to see and print all of the student's percentile ranks on one printable page. On the Student Profile Report we have to click on the RIT scores to reveal the percentile ranks but there is no way to print the report with all of the percentile ranks showing. Please contact us for more information:

Ability to change the voice - both pitch and speed - on the text to speech feature.
Students with text to speech accommodations should have the ability to choose the speed at which the text is delivered as well as the pitch of the voice (male vs female).

Adapt terms for international schools.
We would appreciate if for international schools you have the possibility of choosing the real terms for us (southern hemisphere).

Instructional Area Grouping Report messy for sharing/printing
I am trying to get ONLY the "Students Grouped by Instructional Areas" portion on a nice clean PDF. The only option is to print PDF at the top right of ALL of the class data, and if you see my attached screenshot, it cuts off all of the data or splits it between two pages. How do you recommend only getting this report separately in a nice clean PDF including all of the data?

Email reports to parents
We love that MAP is integrated with FACTS SIS through Clever. This makes importing student information into MAP very efficient. Since FACTS and MAP are already connected, it would be very helpful if we could use FACTS to email MAP reports to parents. Currently, we print them and hope they make it home. It seems that it would be possible to use Clever to access the FACTS parent email system and send MAP reports via email.

Viewing previous instructional strategies
Could we be able to see the historical data and instructional areas for students who have completed the testing multiple times? So, if I were to select last winter's roster for a student report, it would look like it did then. The idea is that I'm looking for the specific learning outcomes that have changed for a student.

Combined Data Export
As a network of multiple charter schools, our MAP data is a vital part of the renewal and WASC process. We were recently requested by our charter authorizer to have our CGI scores broken down by Program and Ethnicity for each individual grade-level for the past three years. There was no easy way to obtain this information for past years. The combined report would have been the best place to obtain this info, but it only contains ethnicity data.

When batch downloading Student Profiles, I need a separate PDF for each student.
When batch downloading Student Profiles, I need a separate PDF for each student. The Student Profile only produces 1 PDF file for the whole class (e.g., one 60-page PDF with results for 30 students). I need it to work like the Student Progress report that can produce 1 PDF file for each student (e.g., a ZIP file with thirty 2-page PDFs with the results for 30 students).
It's virtually impossible to separate a single 60-page PDF into thirty 2-page PDFs. Moreover, 99% of the ways someone might do that actually doesn't delete the other 58 pages--it just hides them in…

Build a more comprehensive class profile including common areas of instruction
The information in individual student profiles is extensive and incredibly detailed (almost too much information) but if I want to know "what areas should I focus on more in class?" I need to look at every individual student to compare what specific topics they have in common.
Since MAP has all the specifics for each student, can't we generate a report that gives these specific growth areas across the whole class? I.e. 75% of the class needs more instruction on identifying themes in a work, but only 36% of the class needs more instruction on identifying setting.

Need the ability to see grade level data as a class on the Class Re
Years ago in an NWEA training, we were urged to do a manual upload for our campus admin to see students as a whole grade level and analyze data! I completely see the need for this! However, it has been years of doing these manual uploads and there still hasn't been any updates to an NWEA admin report that would allow this without all of the uploads each term! I would LOVE to see our campus admin have the ability to run any of these reports to see an entire grade level like a class. Is it something that can…

PDF export option for Profile reports
We need an option to export a PDF version of the class profile, school profile, and new district profile reports. Administrators look at current performance and growth and they immediately want to compare it to prior years. We need a way to download the PDF of the reports so that it can be saved for future reference. Also, some district leaders do not log into NWEA to view reports because I share the reports with them. Having the download/export PDF option will assist with the sharing of the information with those leaders.

kiosk
The requirement for Kiosk mode on chromebooks seems excessive. With a large number of students, paying a monthly fee for kiosk mode on top of the NWEA fee adds up to quite a lot for something that is only used 2-3x per year.

Student Couldn't Input Incorrect Fraction Response
I had two separate students who wanted to enter a fraction as their answer, which was incorrect but what they believed to be correct. However, the text box wouldn't allow them to enter 2/6 (as an example). It seemed to only accept whole numbers. There didn't seem to button to change the format entry to a fraction or mixed number box.
Students should be able to enter the response they believe to be correct, so all entry options should be accepted.2 votes -
