State Solutions App
I would like for the State Solutions App to be in the Apple App Store. As a school tech we get our computers ready for the next year during the summer. And if this app gets updated just as school starts its a pain to remove it from all of our devices. Then install the new version.
If the app was in the App Store it would be easier to update the app without having to remove the old one before installing the new.1 vote -
Software for Load Balancing
I understand that NWEA uses adaptive testing for the question pool. But I was wondering if a program could be designed to pool some questions to a server or workstation, and then the student could still retrieve new questions from the local pool. And then if new content is required the program could do a periodic sync to NWEA. This would be helpful for load balancing on our network.

Screener Reports
We use the Screener in between the Growth testing (BOY, MOY, EOY) to track data. The screener is only 20 questions in math and ELA. There is only 1 report that I can find to view the data. I have to look at EACH STUDENT one at a time. There should be an easier report to view Screener data and break it down.

Accomodations Received on Student Report
I would love an easy way to pull testing accommodations that a student received during testing at the campus/district level. If a student receives the wrong accomodation/did not receive an accommodation, our test data becomes invalid. Currently having to pull the data from the data export scheduler is not user friendly. You have to compare reports to find what you are looking for. If one of the reports within the export showed the student name, test they took, and the accommodations assigned, (within one report), that would be extremely helpful. The way it is currently set up, you have to…

On-Demand student/class/school report creation (avoid overnight process)
On-Demand ability to have a student's report created instead of waiting for the overnight process to create it. There are times when you have a student such as new student and are needing help in placing the student or the student was tested outside the window and you need to run a report for just that student but you have to wait for the overnight process to create the reports. This On-Demand ability would give an admin the ability to get these reports created now instead of waiting for the overnight report creation process.

Standards Reporting
It would be great if we could search for students who are ready to develop the same standards. For example, I would like to put in a standard and see all the kids in my class who need to develop that standard. It would be very helpful to plan for small groups. Right now, I have to look at each student's individual data and it is very time consuming.

More options within current reports
It would be nice to have the ability within the class profile report to be able to select more than one class period (secondary) for a specific teacher. So the teacher can determine trends of all of their course level students instead of looking at each individual section of students. This would also be helpful to be able to do within school profile but have the ability to select multiple teachers within the same course to look for trends of all students taking that specific course, regardless of age/grade.

Accommodations
It would be helpful if students can be rostered with accommodations and follows them throughout the school year

Export Data from School/Class Profile Reports
The updates to the Class and School profiles reports are great. Being able to see program data attached to students within a class, is super helpful for teachers. Being able to filter to a certain program to see thier performance is also supoer helpful, so students and staff can have data specific to that group, and compare to the whole group. However, it would be great to be able to export that students level data, already filtered directly to excel.

Legacy Reports
Since the Student Growth Summary Report is one of the reports to be discontinued, please consider the replacement - District/School Profile Report - to have the same historical access. At this point, the Student Growth Summary Report creates reports for all the years of our subscription. However, I believe the District/School Profile Report will only cover the past two years of running reports. This is not sufficient for accessing the data that many schools might need/require.

Clever Sync and Manually Rostering a student
If a school uses Clever Sync for Automatic Rostering, having a checkbox in the student profile for a manually entered student through NWEA that would override the sync of that profile would not be erased on the next sync. Then uncheck the student when ready to have the next sync erase the student. It would be helpful for screening new students before they are active in the school's SIS.

Choose multiple sections on the Class Profile Report
We look at the data in the Class Profile Report and it would be helpful for educators to select multiple sections on the Class Profile Report instead of one section.

Include Teacher Assignment information in Combined Data File
In the data export scheduler, I would like the combined file to include teacher assignment information.

Displaying entire class with multiple sections
When looking at the ASG quadrant report, I am unable to see an entire class period at once due to some of my classes being split in to multiple sections (Co-teach/ICS in high school). It would be awesome to be able to pull up those different sections all at once to see the data for a whole class period.

Shorten the MAP Growth Test
As an experienced teacher who has seen the MAP tests in action for several years, I feel that the test is too long for students. MAP-R especially requires a serious amount of reading stamina for 4th and 5th grade students. I saw that you measure growth in 3 areas on the test. I recommend that you shorten the test to 30 questions (10 questions in each area). This would be a better measure of students reading ability and comprehension because students wouldn't get as tired and just give up.

MAP scores should follow the student anywhere in Texas
Currently the scores are only at the district. If a student moves we get no previous data.

Upload file for accommodations
Campus or district staff needs to be able to upload a file for accommodations to verify that the correct accommodations are given to the students. If this cannot happen, admin needs to be able to verify what accommodations are assigned by proctors before testing. Currently, we cannot see that information until the student has already tested. Then, it is too late to correct without retesting students.

Being able to impersonate the instructor
There are at times, when a teacher reaches out and can't find a student or is having an issue with a test session. I have another program that we use for assessing students and at the highest of roles, I have the ability to become that user to see what they are seeing. That would be a great tool to be able to have at the system admin role in NWEA. It would help me to be able to troubleshoot an issue faster for a teacher who is struggling.

Please don't change the splash page in the middle of the school year.
Please don't change the splash page in the middle of the school year. I suspect you got a lot of feedback about the changes to the access page for MAP. I personally find them frustrating because I can't find anything and it just takes me back to the old place eventually, so that means more clicks. Changing it in the middle of the school year is problematic, however. We have documentation we have created in our district for staff to help them find things. When you change even how the page looks, we have to find all of the screen…

Math Tests Read ALOUD
I believe it completely negates the validity of the math MAP test when students at grades 3+ are responsible for reading the math test. As a third grade teacher, I have plenty of students in my class who unfortunately score very low on the math MAP test due to poor reading skills. If we are testing their mathematical ability, we should not be requiring them to read.
Further, this renders their reports virtually useless because I do not know what was missed due to a mathematical misunderstanding or what was answered incorrectly simply because the child did not know how…
